Free "First Saturday" Nature Worx session

Spring is a time of re-emergence from dormancy, of transition and of new beginnings. Birds are a perfect example of this, as migration, nest building and mating are all happening. We will allow the birds to be our ally in coming into the present moment, using all of our senses to participate and connect with our avian brothers and sisters. In this process, we will move from doing mode to being mode, from thinking mode to sensing mode---giving our minds a respite from the daily deluge of information processing and problem solving.
