Take a saunter with expert Nature Worx guides, who will invite you to use all 5 senses to explore Masonville Cove and connect deeply to the present moment. Use this time with us to let go of any problems you're carrying, like they are clouds blowing over a clear blue sky.  On our walk your guides will invite you to pause and explore the "more than human world" in a variety of ways. We blend elements of mindfulness, meditation, 5 senses exploration, art, and play to connect to nature for body, mind and spirit health benefits!

Our saunter will take about an hour, with time on either end to do group introductions and a reflection.
